Large, aromatic leaves have an intense licorice-basil flavor excellent for Thai and Vietnamese cooking, as well as Italian dishes. Holds its flavor better than common basil when cooked at high heat or simmered. Late blooming plants produce higher yields without the need to pinch flower buds.

Vibrant flowers for decorating or gift-giving. Ideal as a centerpiece or group several plants for a colorful room accent. To encourage buds to open fully, place in bright light near a sunny window. Once your plant is  full flower, it may be displayed in any light conditions. After watering, remove any water that pools in the decorative pot cover.
